Hey guys, I hope everyone has been well. The first thing that I would like to write about is this Indian Themed tea I had for my birthday. My friends surprised me with a visit to this Indian themed tea at Baluchi. The experience was amazing.
Hey guys, so I wanted to share my experience at tea at this pretty place! Including some photos of the food and obviously me!
JUST LOOK AT HOW GOOD IT LOOKS!
The atmosphere of this place is beautiful it’s dimly lit with small table lamps on a rooftop in Wood Green. I think it’s the perfect place to go to dinner or to celebrate an occasion.
The waiters tell you that the portion sizes are small, however I think that’s very misleading because the portions are more than enough for one person. We ended up ordering too much food.
So you all know I love a good mocktail. They all tasted and looked amazing! How cool are the glasses, mine is the best.
Some food on the table ..
We shared some food as starters of prawns, scallops and Lamb Beyti. The Lamb Beyti is soooo good. I am not a huge fan of potato salad but I really enjoyed this one maybe because it wasn’t actually a salad. Also, who knew the red cabbage plates would be so huge ?!
I think the best dish I had was the Mac and cheese with the red cabbage (both are separate dishes). My friends and I enjoyed all of our food.
The service is great too, the waiters are very attentive and friendly.
Afternoon tea is perfect for special occasions; I visited a Charlie & the Chocolate factory themed tea. It was a very interesting experience; you may have seen snippets of it on my instagram story.
I have heard so much about the French toast at Christopher’s that I just had to go and try it out for myself. I got the one with milk chocolate and it was SO GOOD!! I think it deserves the attention that it gets, I finished the whole thing (obviously) but my friends found it too sweet after a while. Continue reading “Christopher’s”
